Buyers-Looking for a Great Deal

If you don't have the monies to pay cash for a property we can still assist you in getting the best foreclosure deal.

In many cases we coach our Funding Partners to actually approve a price and sign a sales agreement so that you as the buyer know that if you like the home and enter into and agreement that you will indeed get that home at that price.  You will not participate in the offer-acceptance-rejection process so prevalent in the foreclosure market currently.  In addition you will not have to wait 30-60-90 days to know if your offer is accepted.  You will know immediately and be able to move into the final stage of loan approval.

Buying under this method you should be able to move into your new home in 30 days or less.

You may even be able to pick the home of your dreams and have one of our funding partners purchase the home from the lender at auction saving you thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.

Once you are pre-approved you can purchase your home.

A $5,000 earnest money check is all that is required.  If you are unable to purchase that home but do purchase another home through our funding partner program your money is not at risk.
